When Is My Order Shipping?
All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped. - Most orders leave the warehouse within 1,2 business days of payment. - You will receive an email when your items have been shipped.
How long will it take to get my order?
USA : Items should be delivered within 7-14 days of shipping date by e-packet (US Postal Service).
Canada - UK - Australia: Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks.
For other countries, International delivery usually takes about 2-3 weeks.
Please note delivery times increase around holidays.
Why Didn’t I Receive A Tracking Number?
Please contact us on support@trendandconnect.com, if for any reason you did not receive a tracking number. Please note however, this may take a few days to show up in the system, so don’t be alarmed if you don’t receive one straight away.
Is My Order Guaranteed?
If for any reason you don’t receive your order within the time frame specified above, send us an email and we’ll issue either a refund or send a free replacement.
Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
Products might be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving your products. However, we are trying our best to combine shipments whenever possible. If you have any other questions, send us an email and we will do our best to help you out.
